My name is Wally and i am happy that i found this site. After a very long lay off of playing guitar i recently started to play again. Last fall i finished leaning Capricho Arabe and Cancion De Cuna. I play those almost everyday as i try to improve them little by little. I just started Wild Mountain Thyme today on this site. Since im use to learning by rote i found that the fast track video was ok for me. Im almost finished with it but i will continue it tomorrow. I have my sights set on some of the tutotials here so im very excited to learn new pieces.

I am so glad you two were able to meet at the festival. What a great day that was!
Thank you! It was great meeting you too. See you next time.
Hello Wally, it was great meeting you at the laguitarfestival.
Nice video, keep up the good work.
See you next year.
Thank you so much for your kind comments. They go along way. I know I have a lot of leaning to do from this site.
Wally, this is really impressive after just a few days of practice! I love it. Nice flow to your playing and overall a very enjoyable performance. Your grace notes are wonderfully done and the melody stands out in the midst of all the accompaniament. Awesome.
Here you go Tavi. Excuse the mistakes and the timing I just learned it a few days ago on this site using the fast track video. Normally I would never post a video of myself playing, this is me taking myself out of the comfort zone especially after breaking my thumb and ring finger nail.
I love that tutorial. Taso's teaching is superb and fingerings of the piece is something special. Have fun and let me know how it works out for you.
Thank you Tavi! I just subscribed to Julia Florida today. Looking forward to working on it.
Maybe in the next day or so i could post a video of Wild Mountain Thyme since I learned it from this site.
I really appreciate the encouragement. I saw your email in regards to the guitar festival in May. I’m not terribly far so I look forward to more information so I could possibly attend. I will try and post a video soon.
Welcome to EliteGuitarist Wally! I am glad to hear that you tackled such beautiful pieces as you are working your way back into playing the guitar.
